In every Facilitator Training, Master Trainers and Country Trainers administer anonymous questionnaires to assess participants’ satisfaction with the training and changes in their thoughts about many aspects of parenting and discipline.  This helps us to monitor the quality of our training, and whether it is worthwhile and impactful for participants.  Currently, we have data from about 2,000 trained Facilitators in our global database.  We use this feedback to continually strengthen the Facilitator Training program.

In many Parent Programs, Facilitators administer anonymous questionnaires to assess satisfaction and changes in parents.  This information helps us to see whether parents find the program helpful and whether their thinking about discipline has changed.  We currently have data from about 7,000 parents in our global database.  With their feedback, we can constantly improve the PDEP program.
