We evaluate every Facilitator Training.
Every PDEP Facilitator Training is evaluated with standardized, anonymous Pre- and Post-Training Questionnaires. They assess participants’ satisfaction with the training and how they view the program’s relevance to the families they serve. We use this feedback to continually strengthen the Facilitator Training program.
To be certified, new Facilitators must evaluate the programs they deliver.
To become certified as PDEP Facilitators, training participants are required to administer standardized, anonymous Pre- and Post-Program Questionnaires in their first PDEP programs. They are provided with an aggregate summary of participants’ responses which they review with their mentor.
PDEL compiles the data from all those parent programs to assess the program’s impact on an ongoing basis.
